100125 - MK2949 Walkway Restoration

For this project, our team was contracted to demolish and reconstruct an existing walkway that connects directly to a staircase, restoring both structural integrity and visual appeal.

The scope of work included controlled demolition of the existing surface, preparation of the substrate, re-establishment of proper elevations and transitions at the staircase connection, and reconstruction of the walkway to ensure durability and safe foot traffic. Upon completion, the surface was repainted and sealed with an epoxy-based coating, providing enhanced protection against wear, moisture intrusion, and environmental exposure.

This project highlights our attention to detail in site preparation, surface restoration, and finishing systems. The result is a clean, uniform, and long-lasting walkway that improves both functionality and appearance while meeting performance expectations.
