For this project, our team was contracted specifically to perform the groundwork preparation required for the installation of structural ironwork and the subsequent foundation phase.

Our scope of work included site layout verification, excavation to specified depths, subgrade preparation, compaction, and coordination to ensure proper tolerances and elevations were met prior to iron placement. All work was executed in accordance with engineering requirements and local building standards to provide a stable, code-compliant base for the foundation system.

This project highlights our ability to work collaboratively with other trades, deliver precise preparatory work, and support critical structural phases of construction. While we were not contracted for the iron installation or foundation pour itself, our role was essential in ensuring those phases could proceed efficiently and without delays.
