CD14319 - Home Restoration project & Renovation

This project addressed extensive termite damage within a residential property. The scope of work included selective demolition of affected areas to safely remove compromised materials, followed by structural repairs on both the first and second levels to restore the integrity of the framing system. Once structural conditions were stabilized and verified, restoration work was completed to return the home to functional and livable condition.

Following the structural restoration, the homeowner proceeded with interior improvements throughout the property, including full interior painting, replacement of the main entrance chandelier, and installation of a new ceiling fan in the living room. The project was completed with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and coordination to ensure a seamless transition from structural repair to interior finishing.
