CH9543 - Roof Replacement

This project was completed through an approved insurance claim due to storm-related damage. Our team assisted the homeowner throughout the entire claims process, including documentation of damages, coordination with the insurance adjuster, and scope review to ensure all covered items were properly addressed. Once the claim was approved, we performed a full roof replacement, which included the removal and disposal of the existing roofing system, inspection and repair of the roof decking as needed, and installation of new underlayment, ice-and-water shield, and a high-quality roofing system in compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.

During the installation process, it was discovered that HVAC refrigerant lines had been installed too close to the roof decking, resulting in an accidental puncture during tear-off. This unforeseen condition caused a brief delay; however, our team promptly coordinated with a licensed HVAC professional to repair the affected line. The issue was fully resolved, and the roofing installation was completed the same day without compromising quality, safety, or schedule.
